Here’s what other females asked before joining the Food & Body Freedom Programme

“How much time do I need to commit to this programme?”

Food and Body Freedom is about lifelong behaviour change, you will be ever-evolving and developing your relationship with your body & food.

It isn’t a 6-month diet plan you only stick to for the duration of the program and then go back to your old way of eating.  This is about changing your habits and behaviours with food for LIFE!

Everybody’s journey will be different, and it’s meant to be.

If you can commit to around 30 minutes per day max to do the work and exercises, you will start to see your behaviour change.

  1. “What’s the investment? And do you offer a payment plan?”

We can chat more about the investment when we talk on the call but here are the details you need to know now.

The investment for the Food & Body Freedom Hybrid Programme pay in full is £2997.

If you prefer to pay monthly, you can choose 6 payments of £550.

Wondering if it’s worth it?

Calculate how much you have spent over the years in this vicious cycle. Food binges, slimming clubs, diets products, diet plans, juice cleanses and new clothes (when you fluctuate between sizes).

Let’s do an example calculation.

If you spend just £12.50 per day on any of the above.

That’s £87.50 per week.

And £4550 per YEAR!

  1. “How do I know if I am ready to join Food & Body Freedom Programme?”

If you are tired of constantly battling with your body and food.

If you are ready to put your time and energy into something more purposeful for you. AND have more freedom & flexibility to eat whatever foods you want GUILT-FREE then you are READY!

Please note, to be invited into the programme, you should tick ALL the below.

You are fully committed and ready to do the work.

You are open to a complete change in your perspective on your body and food.

Weight loss is NOT your main goal.

Your MAIN goal is to have a balanced relationship with yourself, your body and food.

You’re responsible for your own results.

You are ready to commit mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially!

I say financially because what I have found is the women who are willing to invest in themselves and their long-term health, get the best results!

 

  1. “Can you help someone like me?”

I hear this a lot and I totally understand why you feel like this.

You’ve been in this vicious cycle for years and you think something is wrong with you.

But I am here to tell you there is absolutely nothing wrong with you, I promise.

In the nicest possible way, you are no different from most of the other women that come to me. You are not broken. This isn’t something you have to live with or manage.

So absolutely YES I can help someone like you!

You just have to do the work.

Obviously, I can’t guarantee any results, this is down to you.

I give you the tools so you can fix yourself.

 

  1. “What if I fail? I’ll feel like a failure.”

I really don’t like the words fail, failing or failure but we have to look at the big picture. If you have been emotional eating or binge eating for years, it is more than likely you are in a deep-rooted habit. Your body is so used to doing it, that it automatically does it.

During the programme, we are going to intentionally change your automatic response. We are going to change your behaviour.

Behaviour change doesn’t happen overnight. It’s different for everyone but for most people, it takes time, patience, and repetition.

And you will have learnings.

Learnings are expected and completely normal. They are also a very important part of your journey and without them you won’t know your triggers and why you respond to food the way you do.

I get it, no one wants to feel like a failure but let’s turn this around and start seeing them as valuable lessons……

 

  1. “How big is the group?”

The group will be intimate. There will be no more than 25 women on one group call at any given time.

This means you will always be seen and heard.

There will be different cohorts joining at different stages, but I promise you there will be no more than 25 in any one call.

As well as the coaching calls, you also have the private FB group and 24/7 any time you want additional support.

 

  1. “Can you guarantee results?”

Unfortunately, I can’t.

This wouldn’t be realistic or right of me to guarantee anything.

What I can tell you is nearly 100% of the people I have worked with have had mind-blowing results. Not only with food but in other areas too.

Yes absolutely! They’re human…..

Most of the ladies I have worked with have been stuck in a vicious cycle with their bodies and food for many years. Trying everything and anything to get themselves out of it.

They tried diets, restrictions, fasting, programmes, products, classes, juices, the list goes on. Despite their best attempts to end this cycle they just found themselves getting deeper and deeper.

  1. “What if I join and I am not happy?”

I will do my best to stop this from happening.

This is why I like to get on a call with everyone before they sign up as it has to be right (for both of us).

Once we’ve had the call and I know that you are 100% committed and 100% I can help you, then and only then will I invite you to join.

Also due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds. Once you have made that commitment, you are committed for 6 months.

 

  1. “When are the bi-weekly calls?”

The time/day might change but right now the calls are Wednesday 8pm – UK time.

Don’t worry if you can’t attend the live, you will be sent the replay.

 

10.“What if…. “I don’t emotionally eat, or binge eat?”

This process is not just about the food, it is so much deeper than that. Even if you don’t emotionally eat or binge eat this programme will still change your life. It will change how you feel about yourself, your body and how you respond to food for life.

You will learn about your mindset, your beliefs, and values. You will learn so much about yourself. You will uncover suppressed emotions and more.

 

  1. “Is the Group Program only for females?”

At the moment the group programme is only for females. This might change, in the future I may do a men-only group programme or a mixed programme as I am aware men also struggle with food.
